Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of flooring, patching, repairing, and painting services for the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility. The scope of work includes patching, repairing, and painting resident rooms. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 6, 2026, at 11:00 am EST. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting and submit their bids by May 20, 2026, at 1:30 pm EST.
• The project requires the contractor to work with the Agency's Building & Grounds Manager to coordinate access to work areas.
• The contractor must minimize disruption to building work areas, elevators, entrances, and exits.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The contractor must provide a list of all personnel working on the project, including a copy of a valid driver's license or other legal identification.
• The contractor must obtain a hot work permit before performing any work that requires an open flame or creates sparks.
