Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is seeking small businesses, SBA certified 8(a), SBA certified HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for a firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Facility Planning Services at various Navy and Marine Corps installations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. The scope of work includes project planning documents, military construction, demolition, and special projects planning, as well as secondary services such as shore infrastructure master planning and geospatial information and service support.
• Project planning documents: DD Form 1391s, Requirements Data Sheet (RDS), planning studies, and other advanced planning studies
• Military construction, demolition, and special projects planning
• Secondary services: shore infrastructure master planning, geospatial information and service support, and incidental training related to primary or secondary services.
