The State of Alabama is seeking an authorized flooring contractor to install new luxury‑vinyl‑tile (LVT) flooring and gray cove base in two offices (Logan Jolley & Wade Shadden’s) located in the Area 1 Guntersville “A” building. The contractor must supply and install commercial‑grade Timeless II Color Standards (1090) LVT, 9” × 48” planks, 5 mm thick with a 20‑mil wear layer, 4‑sided bevel, UV urethane finish, antimicrobial zinc protective technology, and a heavy‑commercial traffic rating. Installation may be full‑spread or loose‑lay with perimeter glue, and the product must carry a 15‑year warranty. No subcontracting is permitted; bidders must be an authorized flooring business and must attend a mandatory site‑visit/sign‑in.
