The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking bids for the Atwood Building Electrical Upgrades project. The project involves replacing two existing electrical services, main distribution switchboards, and automatic transfer switches, as well as constructing a new electrical room and conducting abatement of hazardous materials. The project is expected to be completed by December 15, 2027. • The project is located in Anchorage, Alaska, at the Atwood Building. • The Engineer's Estimate for the project is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. • A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. • Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Department's approved online bidding service or purchased for $100.00 per set from the Central Region Plans Room.
