OEM Siemens Energy Motor for T-AO Vessel

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting a firm-fixed-price Supply-type Purchase Order for a BRAND NAME OEM Siemens Energy and Automation Inc. motor. The motor is required to support repairs onboard USNS YUKON (T-AO 202) for delivery to BATS San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item and ensure that the item is properly marked and labeled. The Government anticipates awarding a single award to the quoter whose quote is considered the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. • The motor required is an Electric AC, PTO Pony Motor, with a Manufacturer's Part Number of 1RA6317-6SC80-Z. • The contractor shall deliver the motor to the location identified in the contract, with a delivery date of on or before 01 Feb 2027. • The contractor shall provide documentation from the OEM establishing that the parts are genuine, including traceability to the manufacturer and manufacturer warranties. • The contractor shall submit quotes to the Contracting Official and Contracting Point of Contacts (POCs) identified in SAM.gov. • The Government reserves the right to make a single award to the quoter whose quote is considered the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
