Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies for rental services. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that offers the lowest cost. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029.
• The bidder must possess a valid Local City or County Business License.
• The bidder must certify they are in good standing and qualified to conduct business in California.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E, entitled “Insurance Requirements”.
