The Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking qualified general contractors to remove the existing roof of the Marshall Building in Tulsa, OK and install a new roofing system. Bidders must submit electronic bids by email, attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, and comply with Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) requirements, including a 0.5 % fee and submission of a TERO certificate.
