Purchase Harness Assembly, Auxiliary Power Unit for U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft HC-27J

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotations for the purchase of a Harness Assembly, Auxiliary Power Unit, for the HC-27J aircraft. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. • The contractor must provide pricing as requested in the Schedule of Supplies. • The contractor must indicate the number of days after receipt of order (ARO) that the materials will be delivered to Elizabeth City, NC. • The USCG requires delivery of all items ninety (90) days after receipt of the order (ARO). • Early and/or partial deliveries are desired and will be accepted. • The contractor shall retain all records in accordance with FAR 4.7 Contractor Records Retention. • The contractor shall allow the Government access to all applicable areas of the contractor’s facilities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
