Description
The City of Villa Rica is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Villa Rica Parkway Road Improvement Project. The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the road improvements, which include approximately 3,221 linear feet of road work. The project begins at the southwest side of the intersection of N. Carroll Street and East Church Street and proceeds northwest to the intersection of Mirror Lake Connector and Cleghorn Street.
• The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Bidders may only be placed on the Plan Holder List by attending the Mandatory Prebid Conference for this project and/or obtaining a complete PDF set of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office.
• Any questions pertaining to the Contract Documents shall be in writing and are to be submitted to Falcon Design Consultants by 12:00 PM Noon on Monday, January 26, 2026.
