Description
The Town of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms with expertise in municipal wastewater treatment for consulting engineering services at the East Greenwich Wastewater Treatment Facility. The selected consultant will support process engineering, optimization, review of upgrade scenarios, evaluation of design alternatives, and assist with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system performance. Key services include process review and optimization, upgrades and capital planning, operations support, and SCADA system support.
• Process review and optimization to evaluate current treatment processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance improvements
• Upgrades and capital planning to provide recommendations for equipment replacement and process modifications
• Operations support to provide on-call troubleshooting and operator training
• SCADA system support to review existing SCADA architecture and recommend system upgrades
