Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Support Services

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center is seeking sources to provide Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training support services. The services will be provided at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington and Joint Base San Antonio in Texas. The contract will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competitive acquisition, and the source selection will be conducted using the Performance Price Tradeoff process. • The training courses include Advanced SERE Skills Training, Long-Term Survival and Evasion, Emergency Parachute and Water Survival, Arctic Survival, Underwater Egress, and Evasion and Conduct After Capture. • The contract will be for a non-commercial effort, and the small business size standard is $21 million. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 611519. • The anticipated solicitation will request proposals within a 15 to 30-day range from the official anticipated solicitation release date.
