The County of Marin is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grinding and paving of asphalt‑concrete “digouts,” crack sealing, traffic control, and storm‑water pollution control at multiple locations throughout the county. The work includes full road closures on designated streets, mandatory pre‑bid site visits, and extensive resident/business notification and signage requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express® or as sealed paper bids by the revised deadline, and a 10 % bid bond and 5 % retention apply. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder under prevailing‑wage rules.
• Scope: Asphalt‑digout grinding & paving, crack seal, traffic control, storm‑water mitigation.
