Community Housing Development Organization Funding For Program Years 2025-2026

The City of Bryan is seeking proposals from Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) to develop affordable housing units for sale or lease to low-to-moderate income households. The city intends to allocate $104,544.33 in funding for this project, with a maximum of two contracts to be awarded. The selected CHDO(s) will be responsible for developing and selling or leasing the units, as well as providing program delivery expenses. The city will provide up to $14,000 in HOME Down Payment Assistance to eligible homebuyers.
