Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

No contract value is disclosed in the RFP. Based on typical construction‑management rates for municipal traffic‑signal projects (approximately $80,000–$150,000 per signal/camera package) and the 24‑month duration, the total contract value is likely in the $2 million to $5 million range. Factors influencing the final amount include the exact scope of engineering services, insurance requirements, and any change‑order provisions.
