Wilders Grove Administrative Building Countertop Replacement

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the replacement of countertops, faucets, lavatories, mirrors, and paper towel dispensers in the men's and women's restroom and locker room areas of the Wilders Grove Service Center Administrative Building. The project includes the installation of new recycled glass countertops, faucets, and fixtures. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing and removing existing countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and paper towel dispensers, and for providing and installing new materials and equipment. The project must be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires the replacement of 13 faucets, water supply valves, and undercounter drainpipes. • The contractor must provide and install new stainless steel, motion-activated paper towel dispensers. • The contractor must replace all mirrors to match existing ones. • The contractor must provide new undercounter slant panels that are moisture-resistant. • The project requires the replacement of all undercounter sink bowls in the men's and women's crew locker rooms and lobby restrooms. • The contractor must replace all countertops in the men's and women's locker room areas with new recycled glass countertops. • The contractor must replace existing countertops in the men's and women's restrooms off the main lobby with new recycled glass countertops.
