This solicitation calls for the complete removal of the existing Rauland/Ronco Responder 4 nurse‑call system at the New York State Veterans Home in Montrose, NY, and the installation of a new Rauland/Ronco Responder 5 system. The work includes demolition of existing devices, installation of Cat 6 communication cabling, provision of dedicated 120 V power circuits, fire‑stop sealing of all new penetrations, and full as‑built documentation.
