Proposal for Emergency Repair on Security System

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform emergency repair, replacement, and programming of the entire security system at the Chinle Adult Corrections facility. The work includes replacing 110 intercom devices and cables, 98 CCTV cameras and associated video lines, 108 network door switches, UPS units, operator PCs, and related hardware, as well as demolition of existing equipment, installation of new components, system integration, cleanup, and staff training. Vendors must submit detailed qualifications, a project schedule, and a separate sealed cost proposal, and must provide all required Navajo Nation certifications and a March 2024‑style W‑9. • Replace 110 Harding intercoms, cables, UPS units, and related hardware. • Replace 98 CCTV cameras, video data lines, operator PCs, monitors, and add audio cameras. • Replace and program 108 network door switches, perform system integration, demolition, cleanup, and provide warranty and training. • Must meet Navajo Business Opportunity Act requirements and include 6 % Navajo sales tax in all costs.
