The Navajo Nation Department of Dine Education is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC services—including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and related electrical work—for four Head Start centers located in Nahata Dziil, Gap, Tsaile, and Red Rock. Vendors must complete mandatory site visits to each center, submit a signed Site Visit Acknowledgment Form, and deliver a detailed, all‑inclusive proposal by the November 6 2026 deadline. The contract will require compliance with federal, state, Navajo Nation, and Head Start health‑and‑safety codes, and includes a 90‑day warranty period for workmanship.
