Description
The Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services seeks a qualified civil/structural engineering firm to evaluate the existing Chinle Outpatient Treatment Center, develop a full set of construction‑drawings, and provide ongoing construction‑administration support. The scope includes geotechnical investigation, topographic and utility surveying, structural assessments, design of foundation repairs (helical piers, slab leveling, retaining walls), storm‑water management plans, and preparation of a complete construction‑document package for bid‑out to a general contractor. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit a sealed cost proposal (including a 6 % Navajo sales tax), and provide insurance, bonding, and NBOA documentation. Five onsite visits are required at various project phases.
