The Navajo Nation Capital Projects Management Department is seeking a qualified design‑build firm to deliver a new Red Valley Transfer Station in Red Valley, NM. The contractor will assume full responsibility for both design (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and technology) and construction under a Guaranteed Maximum Price, including site development, utilities, and equipment installation.
