Description
The Hull Housing Authority is seeking bids for a roof replacement project. The project consists of roofing replacement of 6 buildings, reframing and roofing of doghouses, and replacement of storm doors. The estimated cost of the project is $305,837.00. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of roofing and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
• The project requires bidders to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO).
• The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
• The workforce participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
