Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of Granicus products, including the Communications Cloud Advanced Package and Targeted Messaging services, for a period of 12 months. The selected vendor will provide these services to support the MHBE's Marketing Portal, allowing for ad hoc messaging and segmentation of consumers. The vendor must be an authorized reseller of Granicus products and provide a solution that complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and is FedRAMP certified at the moderate level.
Key features of the required services include:
• Targeted Messaging: up to 1,000,000 messages per year
• Communications Cloud Advanced Package: for up to 6,000,000 potential users
• Support: direct support from Granicus for the duration of the subscription
• Security: FedRAMP certified at the moderate level, compliant with NIST 800-53 and the FedRAMP Mod SSP
• Invoicing: invoices must include specific information, such as the MHBE's name and address, the contractor's name, and the products/services purchased
