Parks Sewer Lift Station Maintenance

The City of Bellevue Parks and Community Services Department is seeking a vendor to perform all service and maintenance on 10 sewer lift stations and 2 canal pumps located at 9 different Park sites. The selected vendor will be required to perform annual and semi-annual maintenance work, including pump out vault, pressure washing, and visual inspections. The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience in similar work and must comply with the City's equal opportunity requirements. • The contract will be for a term of 5 years. • The vendor must have experience working with public entities. • The vendor must have a strong understanding of the scope of work and project requirements. • The vendor must have the capability to perform the work in a timely and efficient manner. • The vendor must have a plan for illicit discharge procedures. • The vendor must have a plan for site cleanup and restoration. • The vendor must have a plan for providing written reports to the contract contact.
