Service/Calibration of FARO Equipment

The Anniston Army Depot is seeking information from potential contractors for the service and calibration of FARO equipment. The equipment includes three FARO Edge Arms and two FARO Vantage Laser Trackers. The contractor will be responsible for annual certification, calibration, emergency repair, repair parts, upgrades, and standard service plan for the equipment. The period of performance is from October 2026 to October 2031. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide preventive maintenance, verification, calibration, and repair services for the FARO equipment. • The contractor must obtain annual certification from FARO Technologies for each item of equipment. • The contractor must provide an annual certification certificate that documents calibration values with tolerance limits. • The equipment must be under warranty for a period of one year beginning on the awarded date of the contract. • The contractor must not proceed with any verbal or written changes to the scope of work without written approval from the Contracting Officer.
