Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, and install up to two brand‑new height‑adjustable reclining bathtubs at the Idaho State Veterans Home in Pocatello. The tubs must meet detailed medical‑facility specifications (size, weight capacity, electrical, plumbing, and accessibility features) and include full manufacturer warranty and on‑site service. Bids must be fully burdened (including delivery, unloading, plumbing, and electrical installation) and submitted via the state’s LUMA procurement system by the March 13 2026 deadline, with installation completed no later than May 30 2026.
• Provide 1‑2 height‑adjustable reclining bathtubs meeting the technical specs in Exhibit A (dimensions, weight capacity, 110 V hard‑wired, auto‑fill, air‑jet, etc.).
• Include all costs for FOB‑destination delivery, placement, plumbing and electrical hookup, and installation at the Pocatello Veterans Home.
• Submit a completed Exhibit B price sheet, signed Exhibit C, and accept the State of Idaho Standard Terms & Conditions (Exhibit D).
• Maintain required insurance (≥ $1 M CGL/umbrella, automobile, workers’ comp, additional insured) before award.
