The VA Greater Los Angeles System is seeking a single CFX Opus 384 Real‑Time PCR System and a T100 Thermal Cycler to support a colorectal‑cancer research study. The procurement is conducted as an RFQ under FAR 12.202; quotes are to be submitted directly without a separate solicitation document. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications (384‑well capacity, 4‑color + FRET detection, specific temperature ranges, optical characteristics, software, connectivity, warranty, and on‑site training). Delivery must occur within 30 days of order receipt.
