Kulite unsteady pressure transducers

The NASA Langley Research Center is seeking a contractor to provide Kulite unsteady pressure transducers for use in the Transonic Dynamics Tunnel (TDT). The contractor must provide 100 units of the specified transducer model, which includes a miniature amplified transducer, a 3 ft shielded cable, and a 2 ft shielded cable. The transducers will be used to acquire time-varying changes in pressure to capture aerodynamic and model instabilities. The estimated period of performance or lead-time for delivery to NASA Langley Research Center is until September 31st, 2026. • The transducers must be of the brand Kulite to achieve data consistency and simplified integration into wind-tunnel models. • The contractor must provide the specified product with the required characteristics, scope, and specs. • The manufacturing facility will be the place of performance. • The Space Launch System (SLS) project has a requirement for using new, dedicated Kulite unsteady pressure transducers in multiple models to be tested in the TDT.
