Description
The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) is seeking to procure one dry stripping cabinet, specifically the Pauli Systems RAM 31 model or an equivalent. The cabinet must have the ability to accommodate aluminum oxide media, at least 900 CFM reclaimer with 2-stage cyclone separator, and have an adjustable media flow valve. The contractor will also be required to provide an installation technician to perform an on-site turnkey installation.
Key features and requirements of the project include:
• The dry stripping cabinet must meet the physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the Pauli Systems RAM 31 model
• The cabinet must be compatible with FRCSW's existing compressed air, dust collection, and media recovery systems
• The contractor must provide an installation technician to perform an on-site turnkey installation
• The installation must include tooling, system start-up, testing, and appropriate adjustments
• The contractor must ensure that the cabinet is properly integrated with FRCSW's existing infrastructure
