The Navy’s NAVAIR is seeking information from potential vendors to support continued maintenance of North Star Imaging (NSI) CT‑X5000 scanners at multiple installations. The effort will be a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price agreement covering preventive‑maintenance (two 13‑point inspections per 12‑month period) and a 12‑month software‑maintenance package that includes unlimited updates and remote support. The contract will be awarded as a “Gold” level agreement for the Lakehurst, NJ site and a “Silver” level agreement for MCAS Cherry Point, NC, each with options to upgrade or extend.
• Preventive‑maintenance: two on‑site visits per year, 13‑point inspection checklist, discounted labor (25 % off) and parts (10 % off).
• Software‑maintenance: unlimited updates, phone/remote support, no separate licensing fees during the contract year.
