Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide a Ciena 3948 DC Chassis Spare. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the set due date. The scope of work includes providing the Ciena 3948 DC Chassis Spare, as well as other related products and services. Some of the key products and services include:
* Ciena 3948 DC Chassis Spare
* Power Cords
* Software licenses for SAOS 10G, SAOS BASE OS, ETHERNET & OAM, SAOS EVPN, and SAOS ROUTING/MPLS
* Optic transceivers
* Installation and training services
* Manufacturer's extended warranty services.
The evaluation criteria for this proposal will be based on price and other technical factors, with price being the most important factor.
