Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in San Antonio, Texas. The space must be above ground, contiguous, and have a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. The building must accommodate the space requirements included in Pre-solicitation Notice #4TX0983 and have a fully serviced lease. The lease term is 17 years, with a firm term of 15 years.
Some key requirements for the space include:
• Being located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials
• Meeting government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards
• Having a fully serviced lease
• Not being in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
