Construction of New Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvements at SW I Street (Highway 112) and SW 41st Street, Bentonville, AR

The City of Bentonville is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to design and construct a new traffic signal system and associated roadway improvements at the SW I Street (Highway 112) and SW 41st Street intersection. The scope includes installing signal poles, mast arms, heads, detection equipment, conduit, wiring, and related electrical components; demolishing and removing existing pavement and sidewalks; grading, earthwork, and constructing new concrete sidewalks, ADA‑compliant curb ramps, pedestrian crossings, curb and gutter, and pavement striping; providing erosion and sediment control, traffic control during construction, and utility coordination/relocation as needed. Bidders must furnish a 5 % bid bond and, if awarded, performance and payment bonds equal to the total bid price.
