Description
The Department of Mental Health is seeking a contractor to provide upgrade, installation, maintenance, and repair services for the Code 10 Duress System at the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform the services. The contract period will be from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor must have at least two years of experience working with Code 10 Duress systems and must provide a firm, fixed price for the services.
• The contractor will be responsible for upgrading the current Code 10 Duress System to the newest available technology.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing a complete backup of all programming within 30 calendar days of the Department's authorization to proceed with services.
• The contractor will be responsible for testing all system functions and components quarterly.
• The contractor will be responsible for replacing the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries every three years.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing a text print-out of all programming within 30 calendar days of the Department's authorization to proceed with services.
