Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks a commercial printer to produce 350,205 two‑sided, green‑stock forms (Form F13614‑C Rev. 10‑2026) and ship them to IRS locations in Georgia and Illinois. The contractor must use offset printing, meet strict paper, color, and packaging specifications, provide a physical proof, label each carton electronically, and meet a final shipment deadline of 30 Oct 2026. • 350,205 folded forms (8½ × 11 in) printed on specified green stock (JCP A63 or D10)
• Offset printing only; black ink both sides; 150‑line screen, 1200 dpi minimum
• Packaging: shrink‑wrap 100‑copy units, cartons of 1,400 copies, specific dimensions and weight limits
• Shipping: UPS ground for <750 lb, GBL for ≥750 lb; electronic label printing required
