Description
The Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for hydrogen gas generators to provide an on-demand supply of hydrogen gas for Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometers. The contract term is one year, with an option to extend for an additional six months. Bidders must submit their responses electronically, and the deadline for submission is 1/5/2026. The evaluation criteria will include the bidder's past performance, and the contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value.
• The hydrogen gas generators must be able to generate a maximum of 500cc per minute of hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999%.
• The generators must have an innovative two-column gas purification system to ensure the maximum grade of hydrogen purity.
• The generators must be maintenance-free or have limited maintenance.
• The generators must have internal leak detection with automatic shutdown features.
• The generators must be able to combine multiple units.
