Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for PEXIP BASE & INFINITY SW&MAINT software. The contract is for a 12-month period, and the bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered. The bidder must also provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer such products and/or perform such services.
• The bidder must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and additional insured endorsement.
• The bidder must provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer.
• The bidder must complete and return the attached form for local small business enterprise preference, if applicable.
