Description
The City of Laurel is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive roadway improvements on Staggers Road, including concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, crosswalks, and asphalt resurfacing. The contract will be awarded to the lowest or best‑valued bidder who can meet the technical specifications, schedule, bonding, and insurance requirements. The work must start within 10 days of contract execution and be completed within 75 calendar days. Minority‑owned, Laurel‑area, or Maryland‑based firms receive a preference if their bid is within 3 % of the low bid.
