The Town of Nantucket is seeking Designer Services for planning, design, bid, construction administration to deconstruct, relocate and re-build 5 dwelling units from 41 Jefferson Avenue, Nantucket MA to other properties, including related services and site improvements. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing professional engineering services, including design, bid, and construction administration. The project involves the relocation and re-building of 5 dwelling units, as well as related services and site improvements.
