Description
The Texas Military Department is seeking internal auditing services to ensure compliance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2102. The selected contractor will provide auditing services on a firm fixed price basis. The contract term is one year with three optional renewal periods. The contractor must be a Texas State Board of Public Accountancy certified public accounting (CPA) firm or individual.
• The contractor will perform internal audit services as specified in the statement of work.
• The contractor will provide auditing services on a timely basis.
• The contractor will submit a detailed pricing schedule and comply with all requirements of the contract.
• The contractor will make a good faith effort to comply with all state HUB requirements.
• The contractor will provide notice to all subcontractors of their selection as a subcontractor for this contract.
