Demolition of Various Properties

The City of Irving is seeking bids for the demolition of various properties. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to demolish building structures, flatwork, and other on-site improvements and grade and stabilize the site. The properties to be demolished are located at 802 Shady Grove, 909 Tipton Rd, and 3006 W. 11th St. • The bid is a competitive sealed bid. • The City of Irving encourages electronic bidding. • A pre-bid conference will be held on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CT), but attendance is optional. • Questions must be submitted electronically by August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CT). • The bid opening will be held on September 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM (CT) via Microsoft Teams.
