Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the procurement of services to provide medium voltage switchgears for a substation at the Pack Unit in Navasota, Texas. The scope of work includes all equipment and materials for installation. Bidders must submit their bids by March 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The contract may include progressive payments once per month upon completion of work.
• The bidder must provide a payment bond in the amount of the bid for the sole protection of those supplying labor, materials, and/or equipment.
• The bidder must provide an adequate plan of insurance that provides coverage to protect the Texas Department of Criminal Justice against all claims arising from service performed by the vendor.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including security procedures and unit rules and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a signed bid response, including all required documents and information.
• The bidder must acknowledge receipt of any addenda or amendments to the solicitation.
