Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Plane Train system and associated administrative and operational facilities at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for passengers and staff, including daily and nightly cleaning, specialized cleaning, and emergency response. The contract term is 5 years with two 2-year renewal options. Key responsibilities include providing a professional workforce, high-performance cleaning standards, and responsive emergency services.
• Daily cleaning of the Plane Train and facilities
• Nightly deep cleaning of the Plane Train
• Specialized cleaning, including biohazard response and enhanced disinfection
• Emergency response within 15 minutes of notification
• Quality assurance and performance standards, including a minimum 95% pass rate for QA inspections
