Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking a contractor to provide refuse and trash collection, removal, and disposal services for Cedar Hill State Park. The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2028, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to meet the requirements of the specified services. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing similar services and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• The contractor must provide refuse and trash collection services for 45 containers at three cubic yards each, with one pickup per week.
• The contractor must provide recycling collection services for two containers at four cubic yards each, with two pickups per month.
• The contractor must provide a detailed price list for additional services, including refuse and trash collection for other container sizes and recycling services.
• The contractor must have and maintain all applicable permits, licenses, and authorizations required for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must comply with all safety policies, rules, and requirements, including wearing hard hats, safety shoes, and goggles.
