Judson Independent School District seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive grease‑trap and grit‑trap cleaning services at all district facilities across Bexar County. The contractor must pump, clean, and dispose of waste from traps of varying capacities (500 gal to 10,000 gal) at least twice per year, submit service manifests within three business days, and coordinate scheduling with a one‑week notice. All labor, equipment, disposal fees, permits, insurance, and related costs must be included in a single per‑cleaning price. The contract is a two‑year firm‑price agreement with up to three optional one‑year extensions, and the district may request a price increase of up to 3 % after the first term.
