Hinson Avenue Force Main Extension

The City of Haines City is seeking contractors to design and construct an extension of the force main on Hinson Avenue, a critical water infrastructure component. This invitation to negotiate will require the successful bidder to provide all necessary civil works, pipe installation, testing, and coordination with existing utilities. The scope includes excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and final certification. • Extend the existing force main to improve water service reliability on Hinson Avenue. • Full civil construction services: trenching, pipe installation, testing, and reinstatement. • Must comply with local utility standards and coordinate with City of Haines City utilities department. • All work governed by an ITN (Invitation to Negotiate) solicitation; no blueprints attached. • Contractor must manage all permitting, safety, and environmental compliance.
