Fletcher Avenue Extension – West

The City of Tontitown is seeking qualified contractors to complete the Fletcher Avenue Extension – West project, which involves constructing the remaining 1,336 linear feet of roadway, associated utilities, storm drainage, sidewalks, curb & gutter, ADA ramps, and half‑street improvements on Klenc Road. The contract includes a base scope and a deductive alternate for the Klenc Road improvements. Bids must be submitted with a 5 % bid security and include appropriate Arkansas contractor licensing.
