RFP to Develop Affordable Housing at 0 Locustfield Road

The Town of Falmouth seeks proposals from qualified developers for the development and ongoing management of affordable housing on two contiguous Town-owned parcels of land, consisting of 2.63 acres and 3.55 acres. The purpose of this RFP is to select a developer with demonstrated experience and capacity to develop and manage a rental and homeownership housing development that best addresses the needs and goals of the Town of Falmouth. • The developer will be responsible for constructing and managing the affordable housing development. • The Town intends to convey title in fee simple, and all improvements constructed by the Developer will be the property of the Developer’s ownership entity. • The Developer shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws in performance of service and acceptance of the land from the Town. • Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM on February 3, 2026, in the Town Manager’s Office.
