The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, install, and service a Landa PHW4‑2204A pressure washer (including accessories such as auto start/stop kit, hose reel, high‑pressure hose, and chemical injector) and a Karcher KM 75/40 self‑propelled sweeper. The vendor must be an authorized dealer capable of on‑site warranty repairs and must provide all dealer preparation and freight costs in a single delivered price. Installation, testing, and operator training are required for the pressure washer. Delivery is to the Motor Vehicle Maintenance facility at 4150 East 49th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, with delivery days expressed in work days after receipt of the order. Bids estimated under $50 K must be submitted electronically by the deadline.
• Provide one Landa pressure washer with full accessory kit, installation, testing, and training.
• Provide one Karcher self‑propelled street sweeper, dealer‑prep included.
• All pricing must be “delivered price” (FOB to the city address) with no post‑award price increases.
