Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of Years of Service Pins, ranging from 5 to 50 years. The pins must be gold-plated zinc alloy, 0.75" in diameter, with 8 mm post and butterfly clutch attachment, and Pantone 281 dark blue and black enamel inlays. The pins must be individually packaged in 1" x 1" x 0.75" acrylic presentation cases. The contractor must deliver 8,000 total pins, including 50 departmental random "blue label" copies of each item, to the specified addresses. The contractor is also required to provide a specification sheet, photo, or web link that clearly shows how the product offered complies with the features specified.
• The contractor must provide mandatory W-9 form before GPO makes payment.
• The contractor must submit quotes via Quick Quote and provide documentation to demonstrate how this order will be fulfilled and delivered by the delivery date if any part of this procurement is sourced outside the Continental United States.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via e-mail.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
