Description
The VA is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide comprehensive boiler inspection services for the White City VA boiler plant. The contract is structured as a base year with four optional extension years, totaling up to five years of service. The scope includes internal and external boiler inspections, safety‑device testing, revision of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), CLINs, and solicitation clauses, and coordination with the Oregon State Boiler Inspector. The solicitation is 100 % set‑aside for SDVOSBs, and vendors must wait for the revised PWS before submitting proposals.
• Perform annual internal/external boiler inspections and safety‑device testing.
• Revise and re‑issue the PWS, CLINs, and solicitation clauses after the Boiler Plant Supervisor returns (late Oct 2026).
• Respond to questions only during the designated window (Nov 2‑6 2026) and submit final offers by Nov 13 2026.
